XOLÍS D'ADONS offers the most artisan production of "Xolis".
Following the tradition of the pig slaughter, we produce handmade cooked and cured sausages. The workshop, located in the village of Adons at an altitude of 1,400m, allows 100% natural drying with the air from the Aneto and Maladeta mountains.
We obtain a unique, artisan and high quality product. Our specialities: "Xolis", "Secallona", "Xolis rojo", Lomo, Tocino, Sobrasada, Pan de hígado, Pate de campaña, "Girella".
